Certificate in General Medicine (Health Assistant)

The Health Assistant (HA) program trains health professionals to provide primary healthcare. THe curriculum focuses on basic sciences in the first year, while in the second and third year focusing on medical sciences. There is a provision of an on-field two-month internship in second year and a six-month internship in third year. Internships include postings on hospital, community health post and primary healthcare center.
