The college passed a Rules & Regulation under the direct supervision of the principal, a board consisting of senior authorities of the KCMS College, which all students should follow.

College Rules and Regulations
The Rules & Regulation are as follow:
- Students should conduct themselves within the manner appropriate the dignity of the medical community.
- (Drugs, Alcohol, etc.) is strictly prohibited.
- Rules & Regulation should be learned by every student before getting admitted.
- Students are expected to act in accordance with the letter and spirit of the rules & regulation throughout their keep within the College.
- Appropriate corrective action and/ or punitive action are taken if failing to do so.
